First of all, thank you for being here! Here are some things to take note of before you place an order from my store:
✩ Store Policy
- My store is based in Singapore!
- I do not accept any refunds, exchange or cancellations. However, if you have an issue with your order, do reach out to me first! We can work something out.
- I do not collect any import duties, taxes or VAT on my store. Do note that any of these will be bared by you when the parcel reaches your post office.
- Mails that are returned to me due to it being unclaimed/wrong address input/customs fee not paid, you will be contacted by me to pay for reshipment fee for it to be shipped out again.

✩ MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVE, WHAT DO I DO?
If your package has passed the delivery period time and still has not reached you, it could most probably be held at your local post office (International) or undeliverable due to wrong address or waiting to be claimed by you at the post office due to extra custom fees. If you still have any issues with your order after checking, feel free to reach out to me!

✩ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, I do not accept any cancellation so please make sure you are fully keen before purchasing!

✩ I CART OUT THE WRONG ITEM/WROTE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Yes, pls email me your order number immediately! However, if you inform me after I packed and ship it out, I am unfortunately unable to make any further changes to your order :(

✩ WHAT IS A-GRADE AND B-GRADE?
Some product may have a little flaw to them but usually doesn't affect the function of them, only slight aesthetics, these are labeled as B-grades. And I sell them at a discounted rate. If you prefer the perfect quality with no flaws, that would be labeled as A-grade.

✩ WILL YOU RESTOCK A SOLD OUT ITEM?
I generally do not restock them as I like to create new products to replace them instead, so grab what you like while there's still stock!
