Shop Policies

First of all, thank you for being here! Here are some things to take note of before you place an order from my store:

 

Store Policies

  • My store is based in Singapore and it is shipped via Singpost for all orders and sometimes Qxpress for local orders.
  • I do not accept any refunds or exchange. If you have an issue with your order, do feel free to reach out to me!
  • Mails that are returned to me due to it being unclaimed/wrong address input/customs fee not paid, you will be contacted by me to pay for reshipment fee for it to be shipped out again. 

Shipping Policies

  • I offer "STICKERS ONLY" shipping method for international shipping, for a cheaper shipping alternative. If you select that but your order consist of other items that is not stickers, it will be canceled. Do note that it is untracked and may get lost in transit. 
  • I ship to EU/UK, however I am not liable for any import taxes + fees, including VAT. I will not collect VAT on my end, so do note that you will have to bear extra fees when your package reaches you at your local post office!
  • All orders will take up to 5-7 days to be processed and you will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
  • Singapore orders sent via Singpost will take up to 7 days to reach you. Qxpress will take up to 2 days to reach you. 
  • International orders via Singpost will take up to 4-6 weeks depending on where you live.

✩ MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVE, WHAT DO I DO?
If your package has passed the delivery period time and still has not reached you, it could most probably be held at your local post office (International) or undeliverable due to wrong address or waiting to be claimed by you at the post office due to extra custom fees. If you still have any issues with your order after checking, feel free to reach out to me!

✩ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, I do not accept any cancellation so please make sure you are fully keen before purchasing!

✩ I CART OUT THE WRONG ITEM/WROTE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Yes, pls email me your order number immediately! However, if you inform me after I packed and ship it out, I am unfortunately unable to make any further changes to your order :(

✩ WHY IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?

The shipping fee is the full cost I have to pay for tracked mailing via Singpost, I do not get any cut from it. Depending on the weight of your whole order, the heavier it is, the more costly it will be. If you would like to save cost on shipping fees, stickers will cost the least!

✩ WILL YOU RESTOCK A SOLD OUT ITEM?
I generally do not restock them as I like to create new products to replace them instead, so grab what you like while there's still stock!
